Hi, I’m a experienced dog owner and handler. Predominantly with a strong medium sized SBT but I now have. GSD. I’m available often, have good handling of larger breeds and not easily overwhelmed. I enjoyed training, whether it’s lead etiquette, recall or general good manners. I’m active myself, if you want a tired pupper I’ll happily run with them also. Due to my work which I won’t disclose, I have experience and exposure to plenty of dog breeds, I’ve walked working dogs, pets, small all the way to large. I will drive to an extent, however local is preferred . I can also take dogs in my vehicle as I have all the facilities required to ensure that your beloved pet is safe and comfortable.

We needed someone to take care of our dog for one night whilst we were away. We found Oliver was close by and after reading his profile decided to entrust him with our energetic dog - and I'm so glad we did. Oliver was fantastic - his communication was always prompt, he took some great photos of our dog (one of which showed our dog clearly asleep after a good tiring out) and our dog seemed genuinely happy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to take care of their dog.

Oliver came to my house to look after my two elderly rescues, one of which, Woody, can be grumpy and snappy. This was the first time I'd left my dogs with a house/pet sitter and because of the issues with Woody I was perhaps even more nervous. I shouldn't have been....Oliver took it all in his stride...including a lot of rambling messages from me panicking I'd forgotten to tell him something important. Both dogs did a dirty protest in the house ( because I'd left them) but for Oliver it was no drama. Oliver sent me photos to put my mind at rest and left the house as he found it. Recommend highly. I don’t have any medical experience. I administer oral medication with my own dog, so I’m not remotely phased by the prospect of giving medication orally. However, that’s the extent of my confidence in healthcare so to speak
A typical day
I run or walk every morning, your dog can be taken on either of these depending on their health, age and activity level. I’m very active myself so can include your loveable pooch with my day to day activities. I also have lots of toys for mental stimulation and a friend in my own dog Bear

Pet care can be added to my weekly routine. I can take dogs into work and there are amazing walking routes near me. They will never be left alone and constantly with myself.
