Pet care experience
I've always been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember. I've grown alongside them and learned what they need and how they work! My life experience, combined with my 3 years of work as a veterinary receptionist, make me confident I can take care of exactly what you and your furbaby need. However, I am allergic to cats and thereby unable to accommodate them appropriately. Sorry!

Olive came to save the day! This was an especially tumultuous day and she was the glue that held it all together. Both of our pups are older and have health needs requiring medication, and one of them was having a pretty significant health crisis. I was scheduled for surgery so she took amazing care of them until I was wheeled out of surgery to recovery and my husband raced home to get that pup to oncology. Whew. Through it all, Olive provides updates, pictures and love for our guys. We feel so grateful to her and will absolutely have her back. Thank you Olive (and lil Bear ?)
Krampus loves Olive and her chihuahua Bear! I contacted Olive at the last minute when a previously booked sitter fell through the night before a work/business trip. Fortunately, due to cooperative schedules, Olive was able to come house sit in my home for nearly a 24-hour period beginning very early in the morning. Very highly recommended! Responsible, kind, and loving to your fur baby. We will definitely ask Olive and Bear to come back! A+++

Unless there are other specific instructions given, my care focuses on following the pet's lead and keeping their routine as uninterrupted as possible. They have my full attention while I stay with them -- I'm always alert when opening the door to catch runners, and dietary restrictions are followed carefully.

I do not believe in "aggressive breeds," having owned the sweetest pit bull in the world myself, as well as meeting so many sweeties at my previous job. However, I want what is best for the pups! As such, I will NOT accept aggressive animals, as those are best kept at home with their owners or close family friends. Please disclose any chronic illnesses or quirks your dog has, so I can navigate them as best I can!
A typical day
I would love to play with your dog, wrestle if they want to, tug-o-war, fetch, and all the good stuff! If your pup has a favorite park nearby, just point me to it! Whenever they are hungry, need to potty, or just feeling antsy for playtime, I've got them covered.

Availability
I'm a student full-time (via online classes! on-campus Tuesdays only) and work very limited part-time hours, but I'd love to spend the MOST time with your pets! Availability varies, so my schedule will always be up-to-date with times & services. I can accommodate most feeding, potty, walk, and medication schedules. If you have any questions, just ask! Your schedule & your pet's isn't any less important than my own.
