Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Olimbia and I am in my 1st year of Master as an Informatics student at TUM!
I assume it will be a very harsh year but however I would not mind, on the contrary would be very pleased to take care of your pet ! 
 
Fortunately, my love with animals has not been platonic but real since I was a kid !
I have been caring about cats, kittens and my lovely dog (that I miss so much now that I am in Munich) !
Every summer I used to go to the village where I had the opportunity to get familiar with other animals like goats, sheep, horses etc. Here in Munich, my apartment is 1 km away from Luitpold park, 1.3 km away from Olympiapark so it would be easy for me to walk your pet there, at the English Garden, at the park of my neighbourhood or at any other place that you would suggest. 
Dog walking can be 1 hour long. 
I also offer home boarding during the day and night. (The apartment does not have any balcony). In the pictures attached you will find a view of my room and the neighbourhood park. I have always thought that being a pet sitter is wonderful!
