I work with (& walk) dogs in my day job. I visit the doggos at Duboce Park in my free time. Which means that a large chunk of my waking life is spent handling dogs. Literally: I massage all the dogs in my care - or within arm's reach - into a blissed-out, putty-like substance. I find it therapeutic; they find it...magical? transcendent? Simply put, I knead those dogs into straight-up adoring me. Between the doggie daycare and Duboce, I've massaged easily over 100 local dogs, most of them on a regular basis. It's not just what I do, it's who I am. I'm the "Muttsseuse"! I want to be the gift you give your dog to show how much their joy/indulgence means to you. With my fingers squeezing your love into their rump, as it were.

Ohad is the best! He took great care of Chico, letting us know exactly what happened on each check-in. We got home to a healthy, happy, and tired pup. We will definitely call him again whenever we need someone to take care of Chico. (:

To Whom It May Concern: Good morning. It’s with great pleasure that I write the following testimonial about our neighbor, Ohad. The only thing I wish I could add in is a detailed account from my Doggo, who would write the following if he could when asked about Ohad. “Ohad!? Yes? Where is he? Belly rub! Love! Massage! Affection! Yes!!! Where is he? Where is he? Oh, how I love Ohad!” Ohad is great with dogs and people and is known around the Park by all of the dogs. There are a few other people who come to our park who receive a similar response from the dogs, but that is because they just buy the dogs love with the currency of treats. Ohad wholeheartedly gains a dogs love and trust in just a few seconds with his warm demenour and great soul. No food reward needed and all of the dogs remember him. Dogs love him, humans love him. Ohad is incredible with dogs. Simply put, canines love him. He is a gentle and calm individual and the dogs pickup on this. I have seen Ohad interact with a wide range of dogs—all sizes, ages and personalities—and the interaction is always positive. Ohad has taken care of my dog on a few occasions and he is my first choice for dog sitter or walker. He is a trustworthy and ethical individual.

A typical day
As for walks, I make heavy use of the three parks surrounding me: Buena Vista, Alamo Square, and Duboce. Whereas the first two are terrific quick climbs for burning off extra energy, the latter is ideal for developing socialization skills as well as just letting them be themselves amongst their own kind. If your dog has a favorite game (fetch, tug-of-war, etc.) , that's certainly on the table. You can also expect to receive, here and there, short video clips of your dog looking (or doing something) too adorable not to share it with you.
