Hello, my name is Nya thank you for checking out my page! I’ve been a Rover sitter for almost five years now and I have my own private business aside from it but here is where I got started with professionally caring for pets. I started out with pet care with family pets and whenever we visited that who I hung out with! Spending time and providing happiness for animals gives me so much joy and happiness, I love each one as if they are my own. I obtained my bachelors in Animal Industry from NC A&T in Spring 2022 and had decided since then, that this is what I love and want to do!

Nya is AMAZING!!! Before we found Nya, I would board my fur baby Chea. Every time I picked him up there was an issue and we would be at the vet the following day! I stopped boarding him and allowed my friend to keep him. Again I would pick him up and we are at the vet the following day. Decided to give a dog sitter a try and it was the best decision ever! Nya sends several pics daily, gives thorough reports, plays and loves on my baby just as much as I would! Chea loves his sitter Nya! Now I don’t worry when I am out of town since I know he is in GREAT hands and will be well taken care of.
Nya did a fantastic job house & dog sitting for us for 10 straight days! She treated our boy like her own and took great care of him and the house. We will definitely be reaching out to Nya again the the future.
Nya was great to work with. Wonderful communication and didn’t judge me for the novel I left her about Harley! She referenced it frequently to ensure she was providing the necessary care for Harley. Can’t wait to work with Nya again in July.
Nya did an excellent job walking my dog. My pup always loved seeing her and was always happy to walk with her.

Safety for your pets and myself are an absolute priority. I like to announce my arrival when I first enter a home to let everyone know that I’m there. I make sure any escape artists are in their places before leaving the home. I always supervise pups while out in the fenced yard just incase something catches their eye.
Information Nya M. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know how long your dog can be home alone. I service other dogs throughout the day so it would great to plan around your dogs needs. Do I need to avoid other dogs and people during walks? Are they prone to chasing small animals? Do they have any food allergies, I sometimes will use treats I am provided. I have my own I keep around but if they have any allergies I will only use what you provide.
A typical day
Your pups and I will have lots of fun together! They will get plenty of play time inside or outside depending on your home and their energy levels. If walks are needed they will have plenty of time to potty and get that energy out. If there are specific walk routes you take we will stick to them or try something different!
