Pet care experience
Our four legged companions are family and should be given attention as such - affection, discipline, exercise. I've had rescue cats (at most 3 at one time) since the 1990's. I've never had dogs and cats at the same time. But I've walked dogs belonging to neighbors. I am currently semi-retired and maintain a flexible schedule balancing part time work from home and personal activities. I still have one 15 year old dilute calico that is included in my personal activities. Pets are family and are treated as so. I communicate this with action, care and attention to detail. Dogs need a pack leader with calm and assertive guidance i.e. no baby talk. Cats are more skeptical and we need to earn their trust via a regular routine. I am Covid19 vaccinated and double boosted!

Nice, dependable, professional, and my dog is happy. The guy just likes being around dogs and really who doesn’t? If you like building stuff, he’s got some interesting conversations about that too. But really he takes good care and that’s what matters.
Norm is caring, patient and playful with pets. He is extremely attentive and has a gentle approach to everything. He is also a very calm and trustworthy person. Rest assured your pet will be in the best of hands!

A typical day
Most Dogs like their usual route with a little change to keep the walk predictable and different to keep the curiosity in check. Mix the walk in with a play time break with a pull toy and / or treat for good behavior. It's good to mix the walking terrain with sidewalk and grass so the nails gets some natural wear and tear and the pads gets some feel for nature.
