I've been an owner of my male shih tzu for almost 12 years. He's the most amazing thing in my life. He brings so much character and life into my home. I've volunteered for months at a pet shop nearby because of my love for my dog. He has changed my life completely. I love taking him to dog parks because it is an experience for the both of us. We both get to interact with dogs of different breeds. Last year, I became the owner of another shih tzu, Storm. She is so full of life and completely different from my other dog, Teddy. She has taught me new things as she has required much more training than Teddy ever did. However, they get along great and I couldn’t imagine my life without her now! I have also previously owned a blue nose pit bull.I can handle dogs of any size. I strongly believe dogs are not just animals. They need just as much care, love and attention as humans do. I am well rounded and flexible. I have great communication skills and love learning new things.
