I have a fenced yard and am only 2 short blocks from the beach for good walkies. A nice warm sun porch in back for sunbathing and the rest of the house is cool and shaded, so whatever climate they prefer they're covered. I have a twin set of dishes in a rack to feed a guest separately from my kitty, and there are water bowls in multiple rooms, as well as 3 litter boxes, one open for those who don't want to climb inside. I call the upper floor of the house Catmandu, and the lower floor Dogpatch, and have a retractable gate at the top of the stairs to separate the two when need be.

Please let me know any special needs for your furry friend. My mom used to own a grooming shop, so I learned early how to bathe properly, and I have a bathtub downstairs and can provide baths.
A typical day
I am two blocks from the beach, running in sand is a workout. Don't worry though, I won't let them eat anything or swim, I believe in keeping a firm grip on the leash for the safety of all.

Availability
I live on my Social Security benefits so my time is very flexible and I can supervise pets boarded with me all day (except while asleep of course). I will let you know if I have to leave for regular visits during boarding or if your pet will be the only one in house.
