I have had my dog, Neela since she was a puppy--she's going on 13 years now and she is the center of my universe. I have always had dogs growing up but now I am in a household with my dog and two cats. So while I am capable of taking care of cats as well, dogs are where my heart is. I love walking dogs and caring for them. I treat any animal as if he or she were my own, showering him or her with love and attention. I used to live with my sister who had a big black lab and a medium sized mixed breed whom she and her husband always entrusted me to watch while they were gone. I also pet sat for my brother's two dogs while he was out of the country for two weeks. My parents look to me first when they are looking for someone to watch their dog or let her out when they are too busy. I guess you could say I'm the family pet caregiver and now I'm looking to help other families too.
