I am Noelle's mother. Noelle has had an affinity for dogs since she young. She used to go up to neighbours houses and ask if she could walk their dog. I haven't seen a pet that didn't immediately take to Noelle. She is a very responsible person and wants to spend time with a dog while she is a student and can't have her own pet.
