This was my first time boarding my dog and I couldn’t have had a better experience in using Rover and choosing Noel. I was constantly updated regarding my dog and she was very quick to reply to my messages. Also when I went to drop him off, I was met with her family whom were all very gracious and welcoming. They allowed Into their home and out into the backyard where my dog would be playing. The upside to this sitter is that not only did she have a fenced in yard, but it was privacy fencing... Excellent for dogs like mine who can jump a normal height fence if he were adamant on escaping. Lastly, unforeseen circumstances occurred and the stay had to be cut short. Upon contacting and informing her, as stated above she responded immediately. I highly recommend Noel and will be booking with her again in the very near future.

Noel was great. She sent me pictures and updates of how Xeenah was doing daily. I have a Husky so needless to say she is full of energy and Noel was able to accomodate her constant need for attention.
