It’s a big dog party!
Pet care experience
I grew up in a big dog household all my life. My family always had at least two dogs at a time with the breeds being Weimaraners and German Shorthaired Pointers. I’m really good at making friendly connections with dogs and am also a good trainer when it comes to teaching a dog to sit, stay, shake, and behave respectfully. I’ve also done dog sitting for local friends and family.

As I work a full time job 9-5 I can only offer my company and presence during the day, but I give my full attention on a walk during lunchtime and/or right after the work day is over

Mainly the age, size, and energy level of the dog is all good to know. I prefer and have the most experience with big and medium sized dogs that have a lot of energy.
A typical day
I like to take dogs on walks and even better if your dog likes to go on runs. I play soccer so it’s nice to stay fit and it always more fun to run with a friend. Otherwise I’m huge sports guy so another plus if your likes to play with balls or toys. I’ve had both tennis ball and frisbee dogs in the past so plenty of ways to have lots of fun. The best place to walk you dog would either be in your neighborhood, my neighborhood, or at Zilker park.

Availability
I’m working as a full time remote software engineer so most of my week is spent working out of my apartment aside from a few breaks. One of the best parts of my day is getting off of work and getting to spend time with a furry friend on a walk or play a game of frisbee. I can watch pets during the day or through overnight visits as well.
