Search no further! Your experienced dog handler is here. Growing up as the child of a dog trainer, I have cared for and lived with over 20 dogs, which is why my mom jokes that I was raised by wolves. How is that even possible–20 dogs?? I literally have no idea! While I may have developed some mild food aggression by living with so many dogs, there were lots of benefits. For instance, whenever I would return home, no matter how long I’d been gone, I was welcomed with an absolute dog revelry filled with lots of barks, tail wagging, and slobber. Having grown up an only child, I saw many of our dogs as siblings, and can tell you the most detailed stories of the more than 20 unique dogs that we’ve had. Over the years, I have assisted my mother with her dog training business, and have learned the subtleties of dog communication. I have experience dealing with special needs dogs, (specifically deaf and blind dogs) and I understand that the best kind of relationship with any animal is one built on trust. I have experience training dogs in basic obedience developed through positive reinforcement/reward based methods and, only at my clients request, I will gladly include very basic training in any session. I will also shamelessly play with any dog. In being my client, you will have access to a greater dog training community and network. If you are ever interested in any aspect of dog ownership beyond what is offered through this app, i.e. nutrition or training, simply ask! I am a working actor.
