The communication isn’t there; Niyah scheduled a meet and greet, didn’t show up, and was slow to respond when I reached out. Then, after I communicated that we would find someone else, Niyah decided to click the “start visit” button despite never having come to our place or met us or our dog, and she has left it running continuously. Reliability is important when it comes to pets, and not only did we not get that, but there’s been weird stuff after the fact.

Niyah was an awesome sitter to our two kitties. She took good care of them and gave us regular updates about them. She was prompt and detailed with her communication. We highly recommend Niyah for pet sitting!
