Niyada is fantastic with my cat. He's a very temperamental rescue that hardly trusts anyone but me , but doesn't leave her alone whenever he sees her! The first time they met he jumped up and cuddled and accepted her, allowed her to pet him and even laid on her lap right away. I think he could sense her gentle and calm composure and just knew she was safe. She respects his boundaries and is just great with him all around!
