I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life! As a child, my best friend was my German Shepherd. I would ride him like a horse and he was a gentle giant. Growing up, I walked dogs and volunteered at rescues. My family adopted various breeds over the years. My mother is passionate about fostering (and is a foster coordinator herself still) so we had puppies to seniors, healthy to those with medical conditions, and I can't remember a time where we didn't have a bunch of dogs running around and farting. That all being said, I am comfortable/familiar with various breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. As a former dog groomer who managed a doggy daycare, I would walk dogs multiple times a day (and often, multiple dogs at a time), board them in the evenings and weekends, and I would spend as much time as I could with dogs. At work, I learned to multi-task in a high stress environment while making sure to give each puppers their individual time, love, and butt scratches (of course). I am a very active person who is looking to spend more time outdoors with dogs. I have endless energy. I am responsible, reliable, patient, I react quickly, am assertive but loving, and am able to keep calm and positive. I'll do my best to match the energy of your dog and make sure they are happy, safe, and loved in my care. Looking forward to walking your pup! 😊
