Nirbisha was wonderful to work with. And our dog, Kaya, seemed to truly love her stay =).

While Nirbisha technically completed the assignment in terms of letting the dogs out each day of our trip, she failed to truly “house sit” for the whole time and did not communicate that she would not be spending the night at the house one of the nights and left the dogs on their own for 13+ hrs, then attempted to say this was due to car trouble from a check engine light being on (without texting or calling to alert me). The dogs seemed fine upon our return so no real lasting damage of course, but she was inconsistent in her communication and not as reliable or trustworthy as I’d like for someone staying in my house and caring for my pets. I also found a dried “accident” when we arrived home, likely from the night the dogs (two of which are senior dogs) were left on their own. Not a shock but still frustrating when this could have been prevented.
