While Nina was very personable and knowledgeable with respect to dogs and their care, she did not actually perform the services that were agreed upon. She was to arrive and take care of the dogs starting the morning that we were leaving - as of the afternoon she had not arrived, and had not communicated her status. Finally, we received notice that she had had a personal emergency - which is completely understandable - but not until the dogs were left unattended for most of the day without access to water or outside. Even then, she indicated that she would arrive by 5pm, but did not actually arrive until the following morning. We made alternate arrangements, but if we had relied on her, the dogs would have been 24 hours without food, water, or being able to go outside.

I reached out to Nina last minute to house my pup over the weekend and she was more than happy and accommodating. She reached out daily with updates and pictures of my pup. Upon pick up my Scooby looked happy and we’ll take care for. I will absolutely be using her services again and highly recommend her!
