**About me** Hello! My husband and I recently purchased a semi-fixer upper tucked against Chapin Forest Reservation. At the moment I am able to spend time working on the home and helping others where needed, including helping you with your pet(s)! I have lived with dogs, cats and birds my entire childhood, and have been owned by a social 2.5 year old female lab mix the past couple of years. *I am in the process of getting good photos. We are still in the process of completely moving into our home* **About my home/services** Our cape cod style home in Kirtland is backed up against Chapin Forest Reservation. I wish our yard was fenced in for safety, however I will overcome that by taking your precious pooch outside frequently and safely on walks and potty breaks. We allow our dog to sleep wherever she pleases, and enjoy late night snuggles on our bed. I would also be more than happy to come to your home and take care of your pets as well! I could even take your pup to the dog park or on nature walks at one of the many parks in our area. **About my neighborhood** Quite neighborhood on a dead-end street, so no scary traffic to worry about! Its a safe and well kept neighborhood with friendly neighbors and neighbor pets. We especially enjoy cutting through our backyard with our pup to walk the trails behind our home. **What to expect** Frequent potty breaks, at the least one long walk a day, either in our neighborhood or on the Chapin Forest trails. I can also bring your pup only 6 mins away to the Canine Meadows dog park at Lake Farm Park. This is only if your dog is experienced with dog parks. Other than that, there will be lots of snuggles and whatever games get them exhausted! **Special rules or requests** Please bring your dogs brand of food, plus any blankets or beds to remind them of home. My pup is not too fond of small dogs that snap at larger dogs. If the dog is friendly to her (no matter what size), she will love them (too much!). However, if you do need have a smaller dog that is weary of larger dogs (understandable!), I will make sure to keep our dogs separate but still cared for. My dog does get mouthy (happy growling) with puppies when she first meets them, but its only to let them know who is the boss in the house :) Please also make sure to be up to date on flea and tick medication as well. Since I live near the woods, I would hate for anyone to go home itching or sick! I make sure to religiously give my pup her meds to prevent those issues. Better safe than sorry!
