Pet care experience
As a little girl of just seven years old, I knew i had a passion for animals. I’d shelter both dogs/cats that were homeless, provide them with food, love and affection. I’ve gained personal experience with each and every animal I’ve encountered including cats, squirrels, birds, fish and even hamsters. I’ve learned to read their body language and pick up on their needs. I’ve cared for endless canines throughout my life. Many in which were homeless, I’d shelter them until I found them a forever home. At the age of 18, I wanted to do more with myself, so I decided to start dog walking, dog training, kennel care, transportation, started school for vet tech, administrative sub-fluids. With my knowledge and expertise I’d help those who were sick or needed special care. I learned how to use canine catheters, correct way to give meds, and daily shots . I took an online course for veterinary assistant and medical terminology. I graduated with honors, earned my certification, and am now able to care for sick fur babies in the comfort of their homes. My home environment is a great place for dogs because it’s very chill and quiet. My neighborhood has many open areas that are perfect for walking pups as well as a huge dog park just a short walk away.
Reviews
Nina always does awesome job caring for Hunter. We book with her every single time we go out of town. She sends videos and pictures daily. We’re very great full for her services.
Nina has been incredible working with my hectic schedule. The dogs love going to her home and she does right by them. I can only say more good things but give her a try yourself, you won't be disappointed.
Nina was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to take control of our two pups and does not let them walk all over her. We have two large (70lbs or so) pitbull mixes and in the first few minutes of her meeting them, I could tell she would be able to handle them. To our surprise, they even got along with the other dogs she was watching during their stay which they normally do not do. I would definitely recommend Nina to our friends!
Nina watched both of our dogs during our wedding weekend and she was fantastic! She runs a tight ship and we knew that she had a good handle on things and was taking great care of them.

I’m not really a fan of crating unless I see there needs to be some basic home training, in which I’ll then do so. Otherwise running around freely is my go to.

Information Nina L. would like to know about your pet
I usually ask pet parents if their fur baby has any allergies. I don’t have a preference when it comes to breed or size –– I care for canines of all shapes and sizes.
A typical day
I provide all food here at home unless your pooch is on a strict diet. In that case, I’ll ask pet parents to bring daily meals. Treats are always rewarded for great behavior (with your permission, of course). I love to keep my four-legged guests active. We’ll go on walks three times a day, play puzzles and games inside, play hide and seek, and so much more. When I walk dogs, I usually always go to the park right across the street from my home. We’ll probably stop by the playground where I’ll put the dogs on the swings, let them relax, and just enjoy life to the fullest. I build a bond with each and every fur buddy, and to me, it’s the most precious thing. I keep up my human clients up-to-date during our time together to provide reassurance that their fur babies are all well taken care of. I send videos, pictures, and text messages throughout the day. Many pet parents book and rebook with me not only because their pooch gets the best care, but also because I give complementary baths (shampoo and condition) and grooming sessions (teeth, nails, and combing).
