Avid walker seeks walking buddy!
Pet care experience
I’ve had my lovely Labrador-Retriever since I was 6y.o. — he just passed in May. I loved talking him for walks around the neighborhood. In his old age, he was unable to move as much as before and could not go on walks. I then started to walk other dogs, such as my neighbors dogs, my boss’ dogs, and other dogs around campus.

Growing up with my puppy has given me an immense love of dogs. I understand how to treat dogs that are older, younger, active, inactive, etc etc. In my own dog’s old age, he’s needed a lot of help!! But it’s nothing I could not handle.

A typical day
My favorite place to walk is Forest park! I feel like I discover a new area every time I walk there, and people are so friendly.

Availability
I only work part-time, so I’m sure I’ll have plenty of time to walk dogs! I absolutely love getting outside and spending time with animals. I’ve incorporated waking a few miles into my daily routine anyways, so the dogs are just a nice bonus (:
