I was really happy with the check ups and photos that I was receiving from Nina. I was put at ease while I was gone. Until I came back and learned the truth. I don't think she scooped a single time of urine out of the 2 litter boxes I have. The entire bottom of the boxes were CAKED in a thick layer of urine. My whole house smelled terrible. When I confronted her, she tried to tell me that she cleaned the box twice a day for a week. I cleaned over a POUND of waste from the boxes. I have to go to the store tomorrow and buy all new litter because I can't get all of the filth out! She lied to me when confronted and tried to say that because she took photos of her with the cats and tried to show that she was here with the girls, that that was good enough. She didn't see anything wrong with leaving my cats to be in bacteria infested filth for days on end. Doesn't take any responsibility. Just excuses. Good enough, is not good enough when it comes to leaving my pets in the hands of a stranger. There needs to be a standard. When I ask for the boxes to be cleaned out twice a day, thats what I'm paying for. Not to come home to this. DO NOT USE HER!
