My husband and I live in a large, child-free home with our two dogs, a 13 year old Maltese named Dobby and a 7 year old Shepard-mix named Lola. In addition to full-time supervision and care for your pet, I provide access to a dog camera setup in our living room where you can view your fur babies at play and even dispense treats! I have personal experience with a variety of pets - cats, dogs, hamsters, and bunnies. While I am now only a dog mom, I consider myself a cat person as well, and find that even the most selective of kitties will warm to me. In addition to frequent potty breaks in the big back yard, I am happy to take your dogs on walks as directed so that they can keep their regular routine while you are away. I quit my corporate job in the summer of 2021 and spend my days at home. My husband works outside the home full time. We are covid cautious and take precautions when leaving the house and interacting with others. I am generally home and your pet would not be at my home alone for more than 2 hours at a time. My husband hasn't met a dog he doesn't love and the feeling is usually mutual. In my home: we have a fenced yard. My senior, small dog sleeps all day and will not play with guest animals but our Shepard, while shy, does like company and will play if we allow her. I recently had a small puppy stay and I did not allow my Shepard to play for safety reasons and she obediently left the puppy alone. We allow our dogs on the couch and bed but will adhere to your rules when it comes to your pets. Sleeping arrangements will be at your (and your dogs') direction. If they are used to sleeping on the bed, we can all sleep together, or I can sleep with your dog alone in our guest room.
