I'm an EXTREMELY over protective furbaby mom and all I can say is, NILSON IS AMAZING.... Nilson sent pictures and updates of my furbabies throughout my vacation. I absolutely loved it. Nilson made me feel extremely comfortable about taking my 1st complete family vacation since 2002, because I didn't trust ANYONE to take care of my furbabies. When we arrived home, Nilson was playing music specifically for dog anxiety. Nilson truly went beyond what I could have imagined. I can't thank Nilson enough or Rover.com for the care, attention, love and compassion exhibited for our furry family members.
