Nikole is absolutely wonderful! We have large lab named Milo and a senior chihuahua named Rusty with diabetes that needs insulin twice a day and usually throws a fit about it (he's a chihuahua after all!). When she came for a meet and greet, we asked her to show us how she would give Rusty his evening dose, and although he tried to nip her while she administered it, Nikole was able to calmly give him his insulin while avoiding an incident. She never stopped talking to him in a gentle tone, and showed patience throughout. She had obviously handled ornery dogs before, and I was shocked at how sweet she was to him despite his temperament. He seemed to quickly forgive her and was licking her hand shortly after she capped the needle. Simply put, I can't wait for her to finish vet school so I can be her client! Nikole sends us pictures of Rusty and Milo every time she drops in to visit them and they always seem like they're having a good time. We will definitely use her again in the future!
