Nikki is PHENOMENAL! I moved to the Jersey City area recently from Ohio, and I was worried about finding somebody to dog sit for a couple of trips that are each about a week long. But from the first time I communicated with Nikki I could sense her exceptional friendliness, professionalism and enthusiasm for caring for dogs (I have two dogs, a boxer and a black lab-boxer mix). I cannot overstate how excellent Nikki is at this, she met us in advance here at my house, my dogs were completely 100% comfortable with her immediately, she was open to following whatever routine was needed for the dogs, plus she sent me updates and pics of the dogs throughout the visit. And my dogs LOVE her. I think she treated my dogs better than I do!? Nikki is professional, reliable and an absolute natural at this. I already have a 2nd visit booked. I'd give extra stars if Rover.com allowed it!
