I have experience caring for dogs of all ages from puppy to senior. I’ve cared for dogs needing a little extra training while boarding and have experience with administering medication as well.

We left our 9-year old golden retriever in Nikki P's care for 2 weeks during an overseas trip. Even with the 9-hour time difference, Nikki maintained constant contact with us with texts and lots of photos, which really helped to ease our anxiety about being away for so long. The pics of our girl playing with her pup Sten every day always made us smile. If you need dog boarding services and are not sure how to pick one from a list, we would recommend Nikki P without reservation. She (and Sten) are great!
5 stars! Nikki was awesome with our 6 year old Golden doodle who typically gets anxious around aggressive dogs. But Nikki offered to pre-meet our dog and allow her to meet her dog Sten to determine compatibility. They did well together and got along just fine. Sten is an active but very sweet puppy. Nikki was very communicative, prompt in her replies, and provided us with picture updates daily. We felt at ease knowing our furbaby was in good hands. We will definitely contact Nikki for future dog sitting needs.
This was the 1st time using Rover. We have a lab/heeler mix that has separation anxiety and we're really concerned about how he would do. In Short, Nikki was amazing!!! She asked great open ended questions to understand our dog Artie and what his needs were. She took us last minute and was extremely communicative through the time we were gone to include photos and updates. We will derinetly be using her again on our next trip!!!!
When I hired Nikki, I told her of my pup's separation anxiety and Nikki put my mind at ease. My pup very quickly warmed up to Nikki and Nikki has been our go to pet sitter ever since!! Nikki is very dependable, caring and has a flexible schedule. My pup and I are so thankful we found Nikki!

I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly, playful pup who would love playing with any furry friend he can find! Our pup is also crate trained and we have plenty of couches and spots if the pups ever need a break with their own space.

A typical day
If the weather is nice enough I like to take the pups down to the Chena flood area for a nice long walk in an open area, or we might take a nice long walk down the street through the neighborhood. We also spend lots of time playing fetch or tug in the yard and if the weather is not so nice we’ve got plenty of brain teasers and snuffle mats to keep us occupied inside. Of course there’s always a good supply of stuffed toys and bones to chew, toss, fetch, tug, or just chill out with on the couch!

Availability
Currently I am working from home so I will have plenty of time to care for and entertain your pup all day long! I am available for boarding on weekends and possibly week days as well as daytime care during the week.
