Pet care experience
As a part time receptionist at a local veterinary hospital, I love having the opportunity to interact with dogs and puppies (and kitties!) of all sizes every week! I also have past experience fostering dogs through a local rescue. I have four pups of my own and three children as well. My dogs are fully vaccinated should your pet visit me at my home and our backyard is fenced in with privacy fencing around most of it- the remaining being a chain link entry gate. I am comfortable giving medication and injections if needed and am knowledgeable of some first aid care. I can also engage in a game of fetch or just provide some snuggles while you are away. Due to my part time schedule, my availability is pretty flexible and this ensures that someone is always home 90% of the time! Please reach out with questions or to discuss services :)

Nikki and her family provided my pups with such a wonderful, loving experience! They were happy and well cared for. The family all came to say goodbye and I could see they truly cared for the dogs and the dogs LOVED them! Definitely a great fit and I wish I had found them so much sooner!

We have no breed restrictions or preferences but to ensure a stress free environment for all, visiting pups MUST be good with other dogs, children, men, and cats (though our cats are pretty dog savvy and have their own “dog free” zone when they need it!) Unfortunately we cannot approve bookings for pups that are “selective” with their playmates due to space.
A typical day
Upon arriving, my pets are crated or are in another room away from our guests. I do slow introductions after your pet is acclimated to my home, in the backyard if weather allows. I like to keep stress as minimal as possible and this seems to help get everyone used to each other! During their stay you can be sure they’ll have fun in the yard playing, a daily walk if needed, or if lounging is more their style, they can plop on our couch or curl up on a blanket and snooze!
