When my mom told me we couldn't adopt any more animals, I took matters into my own hands. At the Dalmation Rescue of Southern California I walked dogs after school twice a week throughout high school. The dogs were always so excited to go outside because normally they were crammed into their cages at the shelter. Some of these dogs had been so abused in the past that they lacked human contact and were terrified. I saw multiple dogs come out of their shell while I was there and transformed into happy and playful dogs. I have been a dog lover and owner my entire life and can't wait to meet your dogs as well! I only have class twice a week so I have a very flexible schedule. I love to exercise so walking dogs is the perfect way for me to be active.
