I've been surrounded with dogs and cats since I was born. My parents have had 6 dogs throughout the 18 years I've lived with them, all of them with very different needs and characters: a disabled senior dog who needed a doggy-wheelchair, a sweet-sweet overweight golden retriever, a crazy untrained shiba, and others. I was almost always the one to take them on walks, feed them, entertain them, clean up their accidents, etc. since I was about 10. I bond with dogs very easily, and I haven't had trouble even with some very difficult dogs. Being around dogs and cats is the most natural and fulfilling environment for me.
