Niki was stellar -- her communication was clear, responsive and fast. Niki was very professional, and from the moment she met Biscuit and Baxter it was evident that she has a real affinity for animals, and they for her. Our previous dog walkers had moved and when I found out we had to travel for a family funeral, Niki took care of everything--which helped given that it was a unexpected trip with not much time to plan. Niki was attentive to detail, and the whole experience exceeded expectations. Her questions demonstatred that she was knowledgeable and takes her responsibilities seriously. We received updates everytime there was a visit, and Niki checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and to plan. I will definately be using her services in the future and highly recommend her.

Niki is wonderful and you can tell that she is a true animal lover! She is very responsive, flexible, and so good with Romeo! I can tell that he loves walking with her and is perfectly tired out by the end of each walk. Above all, she has been extraordinarily accommodating of my ever-changing safety precautions related to the pandemic and I highly recommend her!
