Pet care experience
My name is Niki and I’m a licensed veterinary technician currently working part time, and I am also a full time Biology/Pre-Vet student. I graduated SUNY Delhi’s Veterinary Science Technology program in 2016, and received my vet tech license later that year after earning my degree and passing a rigorous licensing exam. I have a busy schedule between work and school, but I am looking to make a few extra bucks to put towards vet school in the spare time that I do have! I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, as well as smaller pets like guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, fish, turtles, and other small mammals, reptiles, and amphibians. Is your pet on any medications? I am entirely competent in administering both oral and injectable medications, including treatments for chronic conditions like hypothyroidism, arthritis, and diabetes.

Niki was great! My Chihuahuas liked her (and they don't like anyone)! She gave me great peace of mind, and was available on short notice. Niki took great care of our elderly mini schnauzer in our home while we were on vacation. Niki was very responsible, reliable, knowledgeable, and good-natured. She also left our house neat and tidy. We would not hesitate to have her dog-sit/house-sit for us again.
