Hi, this is Nika and Andy and we LOVE dogs :) Andy comes from a family of pet psychologists, so we're bringing much experience to bear. Andy also works from home editing, so your pup will always have a companion to hang out with. Actually, he is also a photographer and so you'll get some awesome pics too! Nika works part-time so will also spend the majority of the day with them as well (dogs who love non-stop cuddles are gonna be in heaven!) We just adopted our own furever baby! Oscar is a 25lb poodle who is shy at first and very lovable 🐾 We have been looking after pups for many years now -both in the UK where we originate and for the past 8 years since moving to sunny LA -mostly long term boarding (longer then a weekend) and have had repeat doggies come back to us over and over again. By far, the best thing we have created is our amazingly relaxed and harmonious home environment. Andy is a Reiki practitioner and four legged babies pick up on this: the amount of astonished owners who've remarked on how quickly their babies settle is testament to that (on that note, do feel free to request Reiki for your pet if it ever becomes necessary -no charge for this). All our drinking water is fully filtered reverse osmosis purified and we run air purifiers. We also love to go on walks, play and cuddle, but adapt for each guest. What works for one boy, might not work for another girl and so we always treat each new stay like it was our very first. Whether it's keeping an eye of their food intake, or neurotic habits we are used to easing their time away from home, providing a safe and fun atmosphere for them to feel good in. We can do runs to the vets, pick up your mail, wash and pamper -and have even taken a long haul flight to Asia to drop off a fur baby to his parents! We do strongly recommend a meet and greet. This is not for us, but for your baby. This approach has always seen our guests bounding up the steps for their few days of magical holidays :) You can also find our beautiful Insta gallery using @ktownpups We only take pups 35lbs or smaller. Our regulars are smaller, friendly pups to ensure a happy environment at home. Please be upfront if your pup has issues with marking inside the house or is prone to have accident's. If it's something that happens a lot we do ask for a cleaning fee. We ask that all our furry guests are flee/tick/worm treated.
