Pet care experience
I’ve always had an affinity to take care of animals, and cared for many strays growing up. I have been doing so in my adult life continuously, for over 13 years. I have a strong and genuine connection with animal beings and give the utmost respect and care when sharing space with them!

Nika was tremendous with our anxious dog. He showed immediate trust in her, which is rare, and clearly enjoyed his dog walks. Our cat also thrived under her care. She sent multiple pictures each day to keep us in the loop and was very responsive to questions. She showed tremendous respect for our home and helped out with some household tasks. It was a great relief to have Nika caring for our animals.
I can't thank Nika enough for the care and attention she gave our dog while we were away. This was our first time leaving him with a sitter, and Nika went above and beyond to allow him to get to know and trust her. Nika asked pertinent questions in order to tailor her care to our dog's needs and communicated with us throughout our absence. We loved seeing the photos and videos Nika shared and they reaffirmed in us the decision to leave our pet with such a compassionate individual who has genuine affection for animals and their human counterparts. We will definitely book Nika in the future.
Nika did a fantastic job communicating, and my sometimes picky dog seemed really enjoyed her company! Would definitely book again!
Nika took amazing care of both Athena and the house. I got pictures and regular updates and she even did some reiki on the pup. She is positive, kind and even offered to do some additional chores! Can she babysit me next time?

I have a large fenced yard, one small dog and one small cat who both love company but can also respect personal space if needed! What works for you , will always work for us! I love details, so if they have a lot of tasks or requirements, it is no issue at all and I would be more than happy to ensure they get all of the time and attention needed.

What works for you , works for us. If your dog/cat/furred or unfurred animal companion has any special needs etc, I am more than happy to accommodate and ensure everything is taken care of. If you are a new client, the opportunity to take additional time to meet prior to the care, would be beneficial! Good things to know about your pets; What are their dietary needs (allergies, meal routine) or health concerns, any special needs they may have? What is your pet's personality - are they anxious, snuggly, stubborn, easygoing? How do they react to other pets/people? Are they comfortable being picked up? How frequently do they need potty breaks? Anything they are scared of or known past traumas being worked through? (noise, big trucks, cars, bicycle, other dogs etc.) How do they walk? Good on or off leash, good listening etc
A typical day
Exercise is key both mentally and physically! Depending on owners preference of outdoor activity, I love spending time outdoors with engaging physical exercises and exploring new spaces! I absolutely adore walking in parks or just throwing a ball around outside.

I work from home and so my schedule is very flexible. Of course with two pets in the house, daily pet care is something that is already habitual!
