Nicole took our beagle for a solid walk and played with her in the yard. She came on time and is trustworthy.

I reached out to Nicole back in January for a May booking. Less than a week before we were due to leave, she backed out of one day due to an out of town party. After scrambling to find backup help, we were luckily able to find someone to cover at the last minute. On another note, I stressed that the in-time of 9am was necessary due to the way our cat feeders work. I noted this in messages through Rover and also explained this in person when meeting Nicole, and she agreed to this. On day 1 away, I messaged her again to stress this after noticing that she arrived at our house hours later. She agreed to come at 9am for the rest of the week again but never actually did. She lied and submitted check-in/out times before even arriving at our house every day, used some the same photos of our cats for following days and stayed for about 10-15 minutes total each time. Our cats were fine when we came home and we are very happy about that. However, as I understand this is a small gig and cats are very easy to tend to, I don’t appreciate being lied to as a customer paying for a service. This caused us to constantly check in on the house while overseas as we were never sure when our cats would be fed. I was optimistic as her other reviews are great but we will be looking for someone more reliable.
