Nicole was flexible and conscientious of my dogs needs. Unfortunately, I probably won't be using Rover again as it was too stressful for my dog who is used to having the house to herself.

Excellent service!! Nicole was very professional and easy to communicate with. She accommodated the unique needs of our dogs, sent pictures and gave us information about how they were doing throughout their stay. She treated our dogs like her own; I know they were well cared for and loved. She even returned our dog bed freshly cleaned, going above and beyond our expectations! Thank you Nicole!! We will be booking with you for our future travels!
