I am writing this review because I am very grateful that I connected with Nikii to provide dog walking services for my large senior dog, Marley. It is because of her dedication, knowledge and care of him that I was truly able to have the most relaxing 3 weeks visiting my family out of state in a very long time. From the initial contact and communications via Rover.com, it was apparent that Nikki was very passionate about pets and experienced in all aspects of pet care (e.g. health, training, safety, etc.). When we had our first meet & greet, I noted that Nikki also has great interpersonal skills and a calm nature that my pets, especially Marley, could sense with her gentle interactions. Prior to the start of the dog walking services, I was very impressed that Nikki took it upon herself to look at the weather forecast in order to keep my senior dog safe during the heat of the summer. I had expressed my concerns of his possible limitations and I received detailed updates and knowledgeable, objective reports on his energy level and mobility during each and every walk. I appreciated the updates and was able to confidently determine when walks could safely be adjusted to either increase or decrease days/times as necessary. Additionally, my father-in-law lives with us and I greatly appreciated that she was respectful of his privacy by verbally informing him each and every time she entered the house if he was upstairs instead of downstairs. Lastly, I worry about my small dog's safety when people enter and leave the home. Thanks to Nikki’s experience and knowledge, she designed a safety measure to ensure that my little dogs were unable to get out of the house while she went in and out with Marley, which really put me at ease and also contributed to my wonderfully relaxed 3 weeks away from my fur-babies. In conclusion, I highly recommend Nikki for your pet care needs.

Nicole is absolutely amazing!! She took very good care of my animals and is VERY communicative! Not only did she treat my animals with such great care but she also treated my home as if it was hers. She went out of her way to sweep up all the dog hair and took out my trash bins while I was out of town - I would recommend her HIGHLY!!
