Pet care experience
I've owned and been around dogs (and other pets) my entire life and my dog (Kermit, 9) is my best friend and adventure buddy. I also foster dogs - and recently adopted one, so now I have a 2nd furbaby (Maisey) - so occasionally I have an extra dog. I love all breeds, ages, and sizes and find them to all have unique personalities just like us people! Friends and family call on me frequently to help care for and train their canine friends or for dog advice because of my experience and knowledge in working with various temperaments, behavioral issues, and training. I provide much love and attention, but know when to be a stern pack leader to keep everyone safe and in check! I support using positive reinforcement and correction/redirection over discipline and I believe a lot of exercise can make any dog a "good dog." Dogs tend to love me and are responsive to my leadership style. Daycare and/or Boarding: I do meet & greets so you and your pup can meet me, my dogs, and sniff around my space before services begin. Please feel free to contact me with questions or suggestions - I want to do my best to meet you and your dog's needs.

Please inform me of your dog's: - Triggers/fears/aggression (e.g. on walks, if dog gets scared and growls when sees someone wearing a hat) - If obedient with off-leash walks Additional info for Daycare/Boarding: - Potty habits (it's ok if not housebroken, just let me know so I'm prepared) - Destructive habits (e.g. Chews shoes, scratches doors) so I can prepare my home accordingly - Dietary restrictions / allergies - Emergency contact / vet info I do meet & greets for new daycare and boarding clients. This allows you and your furbaby to meet me, my dogs, and see/sniff my home, as well as gives us the opportunity to discuss expectations and your dog's needs and interests.
A typical day
I live a block from the beach so I incorporate long walks along the shore in our daily routine; I also have a small fenced yard for quick outing needs.
