Pet care experience
I have three dogs at home which i miss dearly and thought that this would be an amazing opportunity to surround myself with animals again. I have taken care of two of my dogs as they were puppies and helped medicate and take care of one of Tyra my lovely puppy that passed from old age a year ago. I care about animals, and care always makes a difference!

Nicole is great with animals, having grown up with 6 dogs (with a few rescues) and 3 cats she knows everything there is to know. Wether the breed is small or large , high maintenance or high energy, she's got it all covered. Though most importantly she just loves dogs.
Nicole takes care of our cats and dogs whenever she is home and has taken care of them for years. So far she’s done a great job, Bob the dog can be pretty intense and hyperactive but she loves it and gives him constant attention because he needs it. They all swarm to her when she comes home so she can’t be doing too bad!!

We have gates at home, I’m always sure to close gates that need to be shut and close doors behind me. My dogs always get excited when i’m home so I’m quick to close the door before they run out! I’m very attentive and love to constantly have my eyes and attention on the dogs and so i would never leave them unsupervised either. I’m used to walking dogs around busy roads and know how to keep them safe.

How are they with new people? If they’re shy then i’d like to know so that i can take my time with them rather than overload them with attention right away! Some dogs don’t like immediate attention from people they don’t know, and that’s ok!
A typical day
I love to take walks and sit around, so if you have a high energy dog there’s a lot of walks i’d love to take them on! And for the smaller, less active dogs i’m very happy to stay at home and cuddle them, play with their toys and keep them occupied! If you have toys for the dogs id love to play games like fetch and other games they might enjoy too. Nobody assists in my care, it is just me, the only time i get assistance is when i visit home and help my parents out with our animals back there! ?

Availability
When i’m home because of my parents work schedules I regularly wake up early to let the dogs out, feed them and the cats, take them for walks when they need it and ensure they always have enough water. I’m aware that different breeds have different needs, i have a border collie which needs to be walked daily, and he can go for a lot longer than my other dog who is a frenchie and can’t walk for too long as she has breathing issues.
