Growing up in a dog family, my first smooch was from a 100+ lbs German Boxer. It was love from the very first sniff. We got to experience each others first day of school and supported each other when learning new tricks. Max and my other four-legged family friends taught me all the important life lessons on love and loss, personality and diversity, perseverance and the appreciation of good food! We had a Dalmatian rescue, a stubborn Tibetan Terrier mutt, a loud Beagle, a wiener with Alzheimer's, and another Boxer with ball-obsession-syndrome. As a result, I am a lover of all dogs and feel comfortable and confident walking/jogging them. Starting my solo journey in China, I lasted half a year without the close companionship of a loyal canine, after which a street dog found it's way into my heart. Fast forward a few years and that street dog won the visa lottery, cuddled up next to me on a rainy Seattle Saturday morning as I'm typing this. I'll treat your dog as my own.
