Lots of Action and Cuddles!

Pet care experience

Hello and Welcome to Our Home! Book your K9 stay with us and your pup will have so much fun! Jeremy, a handsome Shar Pei mix, our two cats, Harley and Emjay, and a Bearded Dragon named Pheonix call this wonderful place their home! Our extra-large 6 foot fenced in yard will provide unlimited play time for your pup. Your pup will enjoy a full grassy back yard and a patio to sun themselves. Your fur baby can have all the cuddles he or she would like, and a comfy place to sleep/rest at all times. Special diets and/or special needs welcome! I am a 15 year Animal Care veteran with an Associates Degree in veterinary technology. Refer a fur friend and receive $10 off your next stay when your fur friend confirms a booking! Please don't forget to book as soon as your plans are set-due to popular demand, spaces cannot be guaranteed until the stay is booked. *need to be dropped off/picked up from the airport? We can discuss arrangements for this service! Schedule a meet and greet today! You're booking benefits our family directly. We thank you for your support and we look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!! -About Us-- Nicole is a lifelong animal lover and has been in the animal care business for almost 16 years. She has been a Rover sitter for nearly 4 years. She has cared for laboratory animals in research facilities, nursed sick animal patients in veterinary hospitals, and worked in pet stores matching up clients with the perfect pet. The depth of her experience with many different species allows her to handle any situation that could arise. Andrew currently works as a business Analyst. He will often spend his free-time playing with the pups since he's just a big kid at heart. Nora is an energetic toddler who adores every dog that comes to stay with us. She grew up with Rover dogs, and she loves to help care for pups and play with them!

Nicole is the best! I am extremely particular about where I’ll leave my beloved dog, but he loves it with her. He runs right to the door when we arrive and is always work out afterwards from all their playing.

Information Nicole S. would like to know about your pet

'Meet and Greets' are mandatory for new clients before their first stay. This for the safety of your pet as well as mine, and to make sure I can give your dog the best care I possibly can. We can meet at my house or a public place, whichever you prefer. I only ask that you're upfront about any health or behavioral issues, dietary requirements, or medicinal/therapeutic requirements your pet may have so that my husband and I can ensure your pet has the safest and most pleasant experience possible. ** If your dog is prone to severe separation anxiety, I highly recommend seeking a sitter who is home all the time, or a sitter willing to visit your house in his/her home environment. This would be best as I work most days, and I do not wish to cause your dog unnecessary stress. If you would like recommendations for an in-house sitter, or perhaps a trainer to help solve your seperation anxiety issues, feel free to shoot me a message! ** Due to the nature of my scheduling, it is to your benefit to schedule early for drop-offs, pick-ups, and meet and greets. I happily manipulate my schedule around my client's needs. However, if it's less than a week in advance, please understand that you may have to work around our schedule a little.

A typical day

Unlimited playtime: We will be spending a great deal of time outside with your pups! We don't limit play time (as long as your pup knows when to rest so they do not over heat). When we have guest pups, we are hardly out of the house more than a few hours, 1-2 times a week-we want to be sure your pup is relaxed and enjoying his or her stay and getting ample attention. We proudly offer free range pet care by allowing house trained pups free roaming of our house. Potty breaks: We are outside every few during the day. If your pup has an odd potty schedule, we are happy to accommodate. Our pup parenting style: We believe in free range pup-sitting. The pups can be so much more active this way, and, it really helps reduce their anxiety. A tired pup is a good pup! Your dog will not be crated unless requested or absolutely necessary. We mimic your commands to your pup to encourage positive behavior. Safety is key: We have a 6ft, secure, fenced in yard to keep your pups safe. We do not weed-n-feed the back yard so your pet is safe rolling around until their hearts content. Grass is kept well trimmed to prevent fleas. Pavers are placed anywhere a pup shows interest at the edge of the yard to prevent any exits. We have a rule that either the gate or laundry room door must be shut before opening a door to the outside of the home-this ensures your pup won't take an unsupervised stroll. We use vinegar to disinfect---safe for pups! What to bring: -your pup(s) food (big bags are welcome!) -feeding instructions -favorite bed/toys -treats -vet/emergency information
