Do not hire Nicole to care for your dog. When we came back from a week long trip, we were shocked to find that Nicole had not been walking our dog while we were gone! No other sitters have had any problems with house training, but we came home to find many big puddles of urine and several piles of poo in our apartment. It reeked! Our dog had also caused some damage when she was trapped in the bathroom, and though she attempted the clean it up, Nicole didn't tell us that anything had happened! She lied to us repeatedly, failed to mention problems as they happened, and almost certainly left our dog alone for whole days at a time. We filed a formal complaint against Nicole upon seeing what had happened. On the plus side, our dog Ginger was still alive after a week. So there's that.
