Pet care experience
I have experience with all breeds and temperaments through my previous employment where I was able to work with dogs and all types of animals directly for 10 years. I also enjoy spending time with them. I like going for walks & I have a large yard, a treadmill, and a bike where the dogs can receive regular exercise.

I can’t recommend Nicole enough! From the moment we met I knew my dog was in good hands. She provided daily updates with photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease. Nicole went above and beyond making sure my dog got his daily walks but also plenty of playtime and cuddles. My dog is a bit shy and anxious but he warmed up to her immediately. Nicole’s professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for dogs shone through. I came home to a happy and well taken care of dog… she even packed some home cooked dog treats for me to take. I will definitely be using Nicole in the future and can’t recommend her enough to any pet parents!

Nicole was wonderful with Wally and Marte and I am very grateful. She truly has a love for dogs. She sent me lots of pictures while I was away and it was much appreciated.
Nicole loves animals and has had pets since childhood (budgie, cockatiel, rabbit, guinea pigs, hamster, fish, and a few dogs). Dogs are her favorite. Nicole enjoys taking her Lab/blue healer cross, friends, and neighbors' dogs for walks and runs. She has taken care of many of her friend's dogs when they have gone away for a few days. Nicole is reliable and conscientious, has good judgment, has a bubbly, caring, energetic personality, and will carry through on the pet owner's requests (schedules, feedings, medication, etc.). She has abundant experience working with animals including small & large dogs of different breeds (Poodles, Labs, German shepherds, Blue healers, mixed breeds, etc.), and she has first aid. Nicole will update the owner on their pet's well-being and email a photo(s) of their pet while she is caring for them. Nicole would be my number one choice for looking after and caring for my pet because I would be able to relax knowing that my pet was receiving love and quality care. Nicole lives in Edmonton, Alberta and would love to babysit your pet while you are away for a few days or on a holiday knowing that your pet will be well taken care of and living with a loving responsible family.

A typical day
Physical activity and communication are important so the dog is stimulated. I like to play games with the dog, like fetch, hide and seek, tug of war, and lots of hugs.

Availability
I work from home on Mon Tues & Wed, them I am general free on the weekends. When I leave my home, I would crate my own dog or any dog was caring for. I would typically be gone for no more than 1-2 hours. All dogs would be taken for a walk two times per day, once in the morning & once later in the day. Whatever the dogs feeding schedule is what I would follow. The dogs would be exposed to lots of hugs, music, conversation, & hearing their name throughout the day. I am able to provide any special health care requests, as explained.
