Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs for my entire life, and I play a significant role in taking care of them at home. I’ve been dog sitting and dog walking for some family friends for close to three years now, a job of which required me to take care of two puppies and several older dogs, which helped me gain a wide range of experience with problem solving and adapting to new situations. I also dog watch / house sit for extended periods of time. What sets me apart from other sitters and walkers includes that I am a graduate student at Oregon State University, which shows my tenacity and willingness to learn. I’ve been commonly thought of as trustworthy and hardworking. I hope to work with you and your fur babies soon!

Nicole is great with animals and spent extra time with my kitty, who can be quite shy, to make sure she got the company she needed while I was away. Highly recommend!
Nicole did a great job of asking questions and providing confidence as she took our only kid for a short walk. We have what I would consider a bit extreme requirements; no meeting other dogs, not allowing the puppy to eat things on the sidewalk, and many more... she did a good job walking her and will use her again. Nicole is still learning what it takes to participate in rover and I am sure most clients will not be this picky, regardless she did a great job. Nicole showed up with a smile and dropped her off and checked in later to make sure she was all good.

Nicole is a animal lover and super responsible. She’ll take care of your pet like it’s her own. She has grown up with small and large dogs. She is an avid horse person. She has house/pet sit for a few years now for friends and family.

A typical day
I love to take my dogs on long walks and hikes, and playing fetch in large open fields around campus. Walking, however, is my personal favorite and is even better with a sweet furry friend.
