Professional housesitter, LGBT+ND Friendly. My homebody routine and WFH means your pets get tons of caring attention. Great for anxious pets, special needs, medication schedules, and puppies. I'm active (yoga, pilates, TRX), and can give long walks or lots of fetch. I will follow your instructions carefully, and I love written information. I take medication schedules and pet routines seriously. I love housesitting assignments, whether its a weekend or a month! Also, in 2024 I've gotten lots of requests for day care in your home. Since I'm available all day, I can be there while you're at work or another commitment. You can book an all-day via the Housesitting tab, even if you don't need overnights. You can also book Drop Ins of 30 mins to four hours if you need a shorter visit. When housesitting, I prioritize your pets! I do my yoga, meditation, healthy meals, journal, and other things around your schedule. I usually send 2-3 updates with photos per day, but if you'd like fewer (maybe you are trying to digital detox), just let me know. I am a full time petsitter with over 180+ nights in 2023. I genuinely care about the needs of your pet, thoughtful service, and respect for your home. I'm highly responsible, with good communication. I'm mature, sober, and nonsmoking; I don't vape or use any drugs, not even caffeine! :) I have decades of experience caring for houses and pets. I've been petsitting since my 20s in college, and came back to doing it full time after COVID. I love to combine travel and new furry friends (and travel all over housesitting, from Florida to Austin, San Francisco to NYC!). So feel free to recommend me to your friends anywhere in the world. Another great experience with Nicole! Very patient with my anxious dog and willing to cater to his specific needs. Sends detailed updates and photos during her stay and leaves my home the way she found it.
Nicole went above & beyond to assure Rosie was loved and cared for when we left her for the first time. She may have cared for Rosie better than we do when we’re home 😂 it really helped us be present when we went out of town knowing our baby was loved. I definitely plan to utilize Nicole’s support again in the fiture!
Nicole was so accommodating and came to let Rosie out a little earlier than we agreed on and hung out with her for a little longer than agreed upon to make sure she was comfortable. I’m so grateful!
This was my first time using Rover for house sitting, and I feel so lucky to have had Nicole taking care of things while I was gone! Nicole kindly stopped over twice before the actual housesitting weekend so my dog, Louis, could get comfortable having her around. She also reviewed my (lengthy) instructions prior to her stay and seemed to follow them well. Louis can be very anxious and has a complex meds routine, which Nicole handled with no problems. She sent many detailed updates and pictures while I was gone, and left my apartment very clean at the end of her stay. I will definitely be booking Nicole to take care of Louis again!

Just let me know about anxiety or reactivity, and we can make a care plan. Are attempts to escape or chewing up items something I should be extra aware of? Does anyone smoke or vape in your home (I have allergies)? Will your home be clean when I arrive? Any reason I wouldn't be able to sleep through the night (middle of the night care, loud noise)? Is your pet often unable to make it outside to potty because of mobility, anxiety, etc? Please notify me of all indoor and outdoor cameras in your message. I have encountered some unexpected situations (camera recording my bedroom or bathroom) and want to make sure it's a good fit ahead of time. Let me know anything you prefer I use, or not use, in the kitchen or the rest of your home.
A typical day
I get up early for the first potty break or feeding, and my herbal tea. I enjoy a morning walk, fetch, or treat puzzle game for the pet. I do my meditation and yoga, make my healthy lunch at home, and take a treat break for playtime. I do a few hours of work, ideally cuddled up on the sofa, with afternoon potty breaks, then an evening walk or play in the yard. I love movie nights with your pet, and go to bed early. Once in a while I'll visit a museum or botanical garden or yoga class, but many days I don't leave the house!

Availability
Your housesit is my home base! I will bring my laptop + groceries, and all my downtime will be spent with your pet. I'm a homebody (reading, yoga, cooking, meditation, movies), so I have plenty of time for cuddles, walks and play. One of my favorite bonding activities for anxious pets is movie night and cuddles. Most days I'm at home with your pet for most of the day, so it's a win-win situation. I tend to get up early (7ish) and get ready for bed early (9ish).
