Hi! My name is Nicole and I’m 23. I’ve been pet sitting since I was 15 years old & even started my own little business through watching the pets of my family’s friends. I figured I’d hop on Rover to find more pets I can watch from time to time with my remote job😁 (I’ve only used Rover a couple times despite having an account for awhile and have found new clients by word of mouth only - easier and safer - I can provide more references if interested). I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, bunnies, geckos, and hamsters before. I also have experience with young kittens and young puppies and helping potty train/teaching them new tricks and commands. Also, I’d be happy to send you as many photos/videos to keep you updated while I’m taking care of your pet.

Nicole was so kind to come last minute to take Buddy out and feed him on Easter Sunday! She shared pictures with us and a nice follow up note for her visit!

Nicole is the best! She cared for our dog when we needed to be at work and he was still a puppy. She was timely, kind, and honest - especially when my dog had a messy situation in his kennel. Nicole even taught our dog how to shake!! I would recommend Nicole to anyone. She really is a dog person and made us feel reassured he was in good hands.

A typical day
Your pet is in for a stimulating & relaxing time with me while they stay at the comfort of their own home. I’ll take them on walks around the block, to the nearby park (if there is one), and playtime with any of their toys. I also could teach them any new tricks if the owner wishes. I’ve taught my dog to sit, stand, lay down, to come, to only sniff a treat before eating it, to jump up on me, to do stretches on her tummy, to shake, to speak, to give me a high five, and to play a version of hide and seek. I’ve taught dogs I’ve watched a couple of these commands also!

This past spring I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. I’m a part-time Marketing & Sales Associate at Farmers Insurance and I’m able to work remotely from your house while watching your pets!😊 I’m only doing drop-in visits/house sitting, dog walks, and doggy daycare for right now. **house-sitting also includes grabbing mail, setting out garbage cans, etc.**
