Your pets safety is my priority, therefore I never allow pets to be outside without their walking equipment. Regardless if the home has a fenced yard, I feel more comfortable if the pet is wearing their harness and leash when outside. I am constantly aware of my surroundings and I am able to analyze certain situations to maximize safety.
