Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Nicole! I have many year of experience with all kinds of animals! For the past year I have been independently dog walking and pet sitting, but I've been wanting to branch out more! At home we have 2 dogs, a large golden doodle who is 3 years old and a mini golden doodle who is 11 years old! In addition we have two cats! One we rescued from the shelter named Celeste and the second is one we rescued from a snow storm when they were just a kitten(he's still a bit scared of people but when food comes into play he turns into the cuddliest of cats)! This past year I have done numerous dog sitting jobs and have had a consistent dog walking job for about a year! I seem to have great luck with all kind of temperaments of dogs and cats!

I make sure to focus on what is best for the dog! For example many people ask when they need dog sitting that I come to give them food and to let them out, but I always make sure to offer if they would like me to stay and hangout with their dog throughout the day. During this time I will do homework, play with the dog, feed them, walk them, and snuggle occasionally. Especially for crate trained dogs, if I am able to stay and have them out of their crate, I think it's a win win! For dog walking I make sure to take our time and let the dogs sniff whatever they want to sniff so they get the most out of their time outside! I am open to learn anything about what I need to do to care for your pets the best way I can!

For dog walking, I would like to know: - How your dog does with other dogs? - Do they have a routine for when they go on a walk that they like? - Is there any behaviors I need to know if i order to keep them safe? For dog sitting: - What is your dogs daily schedule? - Do they have any medications or supplements I need to administer? - Are they crate trained? - I do like scheduling a meet and greet in order to make sure we go over everything I need to know!
A typical day
I am willing to be creative for whatever your dogs needs may be! I will always run my ideas for enrichment by you! Walks around the neighborhood might not be enough for your dog, and if that is the case I can make sure to tire them out!

I am a college student so outside of classes I am very flexible with when I am available to work! I am very open to routine dog walking as well as dog sitting whenever you need it!
