I have been pet sitting for 14+ years, doing dog walks, visits, and overnight pet/home sitting. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Animal Science in 2012 and have been a veterinary technician for 10+ years. Being a veterinary technician has equipped me with many skills including but not limited to: being proficient in administering medications, being experienced in caring for special needs pets, and dealing with those unexpected pet emergencies. In addition to regular dog walking and drop-in care for any of your pets, I also offer the following services: extra-long walks for dogs needing extra exercise (1 hr walk $35); nail trimming ($20); anal gland expression ($30); and medication administration ($5/administration). *Nail trims and Anal gland expression must be scheduled when the owner is available to hold the pet. I will instruct you how to properly restrain the pet for these procedures and will bring my own supplies.* *Medication administration fees apply only to medications that require the pet to be hand-pilled (pill or liquid), injected (insulin, fluids, etc.), and eye/ear/topical medications. If your medication can be added to the pets food, there will be no extra charge.* Pet sitting is a side job for me that I do around my regular job(s). Rover's settings will not allow me to be more specific about my availability so to clarify, my available hours for pet sitting are as follows: M-F (Before 6:00am and after 4:30pm); Sat/Sun (Any time pending other obligations)
