Nicole did a good job when she was taking care of our dogs in our home. I am happy with her performance. The highlights of her performance were: - was loving and gentle; - followed instructions; - kept up with dogs’ routine; - sent updates/pictures/photos regularly; - took initiative. Had skills to give pills and apply meds on eyes; - kept the place neat and clean. She was loving and gentle with them. She actively interacted with them, played with them, gave them attention, and cuddled with them. She was not just there, but THERE for the dogs. She followed the instructions diligently. I provided her with written instructions, Daily Checklist, and Medication Schedule. She took these documents seriously. She read them, referred to them and followed them. She was not just home, but actively taking care of them as I would. She kept up with dogs’ routine. She kept up with their routine: meal time, game time, medication time…etc. I really appreciated her effort. She sent me regular updates with lots of photos and videos. She was tentative and genuinely cared about the dogs. She noticed dogs’ eyes a bit dry and took the initiative to apply eye lubricant on their eyes. She didn’t have to do that as I didn’t require this on the instructions. I am grateful that she went above and beyond for my dogs. She kept the place neat and clean. The dishes were done, bedding and towels were washed, trash was taken out…etc. It was nice to come back to a clean home. From all the observations above, I can tell that Nicole made a great effort in taking care of the dogs as well as our home. She did everything I asked of her and more. She was loving, gentle, and diligent. I am happy with her performance. I will hire her again.

This was my first time using this service. Nicole was awesome with my puppy. On time and really took the time to play with her during the entire visit. Sent me lots of pictures and took care of puppy potty business. Absolutely will use her again if she is available.
